Randy James, a Montgomery native, is a partner in the firm. His practice includes general litigation, representing individuals and companies in civil and criminal proceedings in both state and federal courts. Randy has represented plaintiffs and defendants in MDL proceedings, Title VII cases, and criminal matters. He has successfully appealed and argued cases before Alabama's appellate courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Randy graduated from Auburn University in 1989 with a B.S. in Political Science, where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha honor society. He received his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1992. During law school, he served as a law clerk for Baxley, Dillard, Dauphin, McKnight & Barclift before joining the firm in 1992.
