Chuck Dauphin is an experienced trial attorney who has litigated disputes for over twenty-five years. He has tried cases throughout the circuit courts in Alabama and has obtained record jury verdicts in several counties. He also has tried cases in each of the federal courts in Alabama, as well as in several federal and state courts outside of Alabama. Chuck has served as lead attorney in complex commercial cases and has defended claims of fraud, bad faith, and breach of contract. He also has defended various stockholder security claims and represented clients in claims consolidated in MDL procedures. He has broad experience in litigating personal injury actions as well as corporate commercial claims.
Chuck graduated from the University of Alabama in 1976 and the University of Alabama School of Law in 1979, where he was selected as a member of the National Order of Barristers, Moot Court Board, and Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. He has been with the firm since 1979.
