Josh Briskman is an associate of the firm, and he represents individuals in criminal and civil litigation in Alabama Federal and State courts. He also represents public school teachers in hearings before school boards regarding issues related to transfers and terminations.
Josh is a native of Mobile, Alabama. A graduate of Elon College, he received his J.D. in 2002 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he served as Student Materials Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Josh joined the firm in 2002. He is married to the former Sheridan Pettey.
